TradeLens provides a quick and easy way to view the most pertinent information about all of your consignments in card view.
The contents of the consignment card
You will see some summary information for the consignment from the main display. Each card contains the carrier booking number at the top, followed by a visual representation of the consignment's journey from Origin to Destination.
You will also find the following information displayed:
- Vehicle/Voyage information,
- transport equipment details
- departure time
- The entity that created this consignment in the platform
- Your role with the consignment.
Viewing additional consignment information
You can see any additional data by clicking on the blue arrow at the middle bottom of the consignment card. This will open a “drawer” on the same screen showing further information, including any available information related to:
- Contract carriage conditions
- Bill of Lading
- Commodity description
- HS code
- VGM cut-off time
- Documentation cut-off time
- Cargo cut-off time
