You can download multiple documents from the Consignment and the Shipment objects via the TradeLens UI.

Finding documents
From the Consignments page, if you’re in Cards View, click on the documents icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the consignment you’d like to download from. Scroll down to see all the documents you have permission to view and download.
If you’re on the Consignments page in List view, click the consignment you’d like to download documents from. Click Documents, then scroll down to see all the documents you have permission to view and download.
Select the documents you’d like to download. In this example, we’ll select all available documents for the consignment. Click the Download Latest Version button. Then click OK.
You can also download a specific single document by clicking the document icon on the respective row.
For bulk downloads of documents, the system is retrieving the documents from the blockchain which might take a few seconds. The process is asynchronous and the user can check back to the Notifications section when the download is ready.
Download zip file
Click Notifications in the left-hand menu, then click Notifications Inbox. Click the System tab on the right. You’ll see the successful download at the top of the inbox. Click Download File and the zip file will be sent to your computer’s Downloads folder.
Zip files are available to download for 24 hours. Hover over the Download File hyperlink to check the date and time the link will expire. If it’s not available anymore, you won’t see the Download File option.
If you have email notifications set up for system notifications, you’ll receive an email containing additional details on the files. It will also contain the downloadRequestId you can use to download the zip file via the Document Sharing Bulk Operations API section of Swagger.
